Ares Arms is located at Ares Training Facility. The shooting range offers you the chance to experience different guns. Whether you are wanting to try a variety of guns before you decide on a purchase or you just want to shoot some full-auto machine guns and have a great time we got you covered. You always have a trained professional there with you. Safety and education are top priority while making sure you have a good time too.
Our Gun Experiences are great for birthday parties, bachelor parties, team building, and corporate networking. Even if there isn't a special occasion and you just want to treat yourself to a fun experience we can guarantee you'll have a great time! We can bring out some full-auto machine guns from your favorite movies or games, a Gatling gun, .50 cal Barrett and a Flamethrower! Other options for gun rentals can include Dirty Harry's revolver, 1916 WW1 Luger, a double barrel shotgun or a suppressed bolt action rifle.
Our Gun Trials are great for helping you make an informed decision with the guidance of an instructor before you buy a gun. You can shoot different gun types and calibers to see what you feel comfortable with. Our gun rentals offer you an affordable way to try an assortment of guns without having to purchase boxes of different ammo. Just pay for the bullets you shoot! The shooting range offers you a place to practice skills like rapid fire and drawing from concealment. So whether you are looking for a small gun for your Every Day Concealed Carry Gun, a shotgun for home defense, a Long Distance Precision Rifle or something else the Instructor can help you every step of the process to find something to fit your needs.
Appointments MUST be set up in advanced for all experiences and lessons.

About the Outdoor Shooting Range
Ares Training Facility is the largest outdoor shooting range in central Florida. We offer 100 acres of shooting paradise. Our goal is to offer everyone a place where they can feel safe and comfortable. We want to provide a place where anyone can further their skills and knowledge when it comes to firearms and safety no matter if they are a beginner without a gun or an instructor. We all start somewhere!
On the Main Range you can practice target shooting with handguns, rifles, shotguns, and muzzle loaders. The pistol and rifle section has hanging steel at 100 yards and the rifle section has hanging steel at 100, 200, 300, and 400 yards.
We have Pocket Berms that are 25 yards deep and are great for practicing tactical and defensive shooting. You can draw from the holster, transition from pistol to rifle, and move and shoot. Pocket Berms are primarily for Members and Instructors, especially on the weekends.
The Long Distance Range has hanging steel at 500, 600, 700, 800, and 860 yards. At 500 and 860 yards, we have the ShotMarker System set up so you can see where you are hitting by connecting to your phone. The Long Range is for Members only and they must qualify first.
Our future Shotgun Range will be set up for Trap with state of the art clay throwers.
